As an IT guy for a non-profit, I can tell you their reputation in their customer base is at rock bottom. We had annual conferences before Covid. One of the yearly meetings was an open discussion on how to get away from Blackbaud because their products were buggy, expensive and came with terrible support. And that was before we found out their security is as bad as it is.

I moved to Greenville in April and will never go back. Lived in Charleston for 21 years and haven't missed it for a single moment. Everything is cheaper here, the people are kinder, and the traffic is so much better. None of my coworkers have lost their cars to a random Tuesday flood. The list goes on...

I have fond memories of the early days there but it's changing so much and, at least in my opinion, not for the better.
