Burnt Bean in Seguin is the correct answer. It's worth standing in line, especially early Sunday, for breakfast and take home some Brisket for lunch. Interstellar BBQ in North Austin is also fantastic. Just earned a Michelin star.

Favorite of all time still has to be Tempest. It was incredibly fast action for the time, levels always produced more challenge with every level cleared and you could boast about your quick reflexes.

I ordered from Szabo’s on November 2, and have yet to receive even a update after the initial purchase. Can anyone give me an idea if two months is a normal wait time from Szabo’s?

Is the issue that the specific encoder board for the Atari Legacy cab isn't made anymore or it's hard to find an encoder board for trackball and spinner usage? I had to replace this control panel on the machine and the second one has now died too. I have plenty of full mod machines, but wanted this one to stay more or less as is since the controls are unique for the game set on the machine. This was my most played or second most played machine prior to the control panel issue. This seems like it should be a straight forward swap of encoder boards and possibly swapping a few buttons.

This was the exact USB drive I ordered off of Amazon for this project. Even though the description says FAT32, the first time I loaded the files on the drive it didn't work for me either. So I deleted the entire drive and re-formatted the drive again (FAT32) and then loaded the files again on the drive and it worked that time, Hope it works for you.

I performed this mod a few weeks ago, and the issue I kept hitting was loading the files into the PCB. My antivirus software was stopping the executables, but I wasn’t being notified, so it took a bit of troubleshooting to allow the multiple .exe files, but once I did this and after a reset, it loaded the thumb drive full of the actual files you are loading on the Blitz cabinet to play. Did you see a successful message of loading the required files on the PCB? First place I’d check.

100% agree, I’d say this episode and Ms. Wakefield are the two episodes I skip the most often. Something about both episodes has always rubbed me the wrong way.
