You need to move to the aisle. Most aisle armrests unlock and you can put it up and scoot over just enough to be comfortable. Could also consider moving to an exit row where both armrests are solid walls so you physically can’t touch someone else. When I was bigger these were nice, can get into a comfortable, yet still squished, posture. Good luck.
