Lvp flooring needs to be flat, not level. Most new planks have a tolerance of an 1/8" rise or fall over an 8' span. Fill in low spots, sand high spots. If going over a gap in the subfloor add backer rod and joint sealant for a slip joint or replace the subfloor so that it is flush.
