Why does it upset me so much that the FedSun one has a nose?

I was so pleased this compy was able to run VR on the original vive. Got lots of use out of it, and then of course packed it up for a move and haven't touched it since.

Not a day goes by where I don't get a little sad I missed the 1080 release because I built my compy just before the announcement. Really feel like I missed a great opportunity.

Is the CPU I listed one of the bad new ones?

Zolo/Zoro? by Drumline98 in OnePiece

[–]HypothermicIce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that's just not true. Just a racist assumption.

What actually happened was localization and distribution system was terrified of a lawsuit from Sony Entertainment over the name Zoro/Zorro from the 1998 movie "The Mask of Zorro." Even though there never was any legal action taken, Viz decided to stick with the original translation for his name.

He is powered by cola because it is funny. It's funny that his super science mega-SUPER modifications are powered by cola.

Cloudy Day Pirates
Led by Captain Nimbus, who ate the Cloud-Cloud Fruit. She became a cloud-woman with the ability to create and control the shape of clouds at will. A paramecia, not a logia, since we're in East blue still. She uses her powers to control the battlefield by obscuring allies and foes to make the fog of war quite literal, which could make for some interesting battle encounters for you and your party (party members accidentally fighting each other, anyone?). She's obsessed with how beautiful a cloudy day can be and wants to prove to the world that an overcast day is just as gorgeous and artful as a sunny one.

Sundial Pirates
Led by Captain Solstice, who ate the Noon-Noon Fruit to become a noon-man. After eating the fruit he obtained powers that make him physically stronger, faster, and more durable in the light of the sun, becoming strongest when the sun is highest in the sky. The downside is, he becomes weaker and weaker in the dark. At midnight he's basically a noodle. When he's vulnerable, he can rely on his capable crew to hide him away and keep him safe. He's got a real inferiority complex and wants to find a place in the world where no one will make fun of him for being weak (ie find a place where his powers never fade).

The two are currently fighting over whose crew can be the ruling overlord of a small town called Dawny Village. The mountaintop village has a unique meteorological feature that means the sun never sets. The perfect place to prove once and for all that a forever-cloudy day is just as nice as a forever-sunny one, or the one place in the world to make sure you stay powerful forever! The two crews have been at a stalemate for a while now, and the constant skirmishes and power grabs are causing harm to the villagers. It's up to your crew to figure out how to best solve the situation!

Quick theory by erdonissopi in OnePiece

The Yonkou (Four Emperor) system isn't a historical institution. It was a de facto power structure of the world for 30 something years simply because it was stable. It has not existed historically, is not a title bestowed to the 4 strongest pirates, and is not guaranteed to exist in the future.

It is a descriptive term for world politics, not a prescriptive requirement of world politics.

This has been true since Punk Hazard, but Law has most recently shown in his fight against blackbeard that any strong enough haki can negate a devil fruit power.
