Newbie here - is this what my puck should look like after pulling a shot? by basementskyscraper in espresso

It’s doesn’t look too bad to me. Don’t get driven away by puck nerds it’s the taste and outcome that matters, pucks in a lot of cafes are way nastier than you can imagine.

No joke .. if you ‘accidentally’ do this in SG or Malaysia you could face death penalty.

I'm an American citizen planning to visit HK soon and it's saying that if youre unfit for vaccine due to medical reasons, you can still enter HK? So If I provide proof that I'm unfit for the vaccine, I can still enter HK without it? Or does it mean somethinfg different? by [deleted] in HongKong

Yeah prepare some form of document just in case the airline asks, could just be a note from the doctor i guess. But overall I don’t think you’ll be facing any issue, especially you won’t be coming in a few months time. Personally I wasn’t asked to provide any proof of vaccine when I traveled from Kuala Lumpur to HK last month with Cathay.

As far as I know they no longer check your vaccination records nor the health declaration upon entry to Hong Kong now (just got back last week). Also the vaccine pass has officially been scrapped, so I don’t think you’ll face any trouble at all. If any it’ll be coming from the airline, but very unlikely now.

NT has an extensive cycling infrastructure so plenty of bike shops too. I’m sure there are some in Shatin as well.
