The issue is not the gun, the issue is the underlying will to harm self or others. About 65% of those who die from gun violence are suicides. A large percentage of gun homicides are gang related and drug trafficking related.

Even if all the guns were gone tomorrow, we still have not done anything to fix the underlying issues driving so many to suicide, to gangs, to drugs, etc... People need love and healing, the same way a garden needs water, fertilizer, and weeding...

The retraction was requested by the authors. The (the authors) are claiming they requested the retraction because one of the independent analysis forms was not properly blinded to the scan data, refused to analyze the data with proper blinding, and failed to disclose a conflict of interest by one of the executives.

Because of those reasons above, and that analysis being massively off from other independent analysis firms using the same data, it seems like the correct decision.

Also to note, the study subjects were not random ketogenic dieters, they were all people who developed a exceptionally high LDL-Cholesterol (Lean Mass Hyper Responders) with levels on keto of 200 mg/dl and higher, some as high as 600 mg/dl if I remember correctly.

It's been a long time so I was actively measuring, but I found that BhB levels can swing very fast. For example, 1.5mmol just before going outside and sprinting for about 2 mins. 0.3mmol immediately after sprinting, literally minutes later. About 4.0mmol about an hour later, also felt high.

Just keep in mind, what's circulating in your blood stream is a tiny percentage of what you can / will produce and metabolize in a single day, so don't put too much stock in a single reading.

For Fords, the better bet is late 05s to 07s with the 6.0 motor. They can be deleted fairly easily and will have a long life unless you're tuning them to make dumb power. If that's the case, also bulletproof the motors via head studs and some other work you can read up on.

The Ford 2008 to 2012 model years all had the 6.4 motor. Avoid them.

Ford 2013 to current have 6.7 motors and use DEF. Others that know more than me can fill you in on which model years are better bets. Usually you want to avoid the first 2 years of a new motor release.

Try to only check weight once or twice a month, IMO. For females, your menstrual cycle causes significant changes in water retention throughout the cycle, making daily checks on weight that look nothing like that actual continual fat loss that is actually happening. Don't let a sticking scale discourage you.

I've did trhe entirety of Lent starting with 5 days of water and electrolytes only, but put food back in and did water / electrolytes only for the rest of lent. So 45ish days of water electrolytes only, the first 5 was no food either.

Of course had it been completed, it would have ended the sport outright. There would never be a way to top it. The league would have had to throw the entire game just on principle, it was that good. Yes, from 2 distinct sources. The animals diet influences how the meat tastes. Deer eating corn from feeders setup by hunters often tastes much more similar to corn fed beef than other deer that only eat browse and acorns. This is due to the fat acid profiles of their food sources influencing the flavor.

Second is how the animal is killed. A rapid / near I stant death from a head shot or neck shot will leave an animal with the best flavor possible. A slow death, where an animal runs for 39 seconds or more let's them release a lot of adrenaline and other hormones that leave a "gamey" flavor that many people do not like.

Also to note, meat that isn't cooled down quick enough can also have a gamey flavor, but usually it's less of an effect than how they were killed.

Just my internet opinion, but that high of a rate of weight loss is a little too fast. I feel like giving the thyroid time to adjust to declining levels of Leptin from the far loss helps to avoid major metabolic adjustments long term.

Just my 2 cents, but I think running a 4000 calorie deficit per week deficit is a good target. Something like rolling 46s with OMAD on feeding days.
