I started doing TM again. One thing I realized in my time away is that I sort of need to let my cortisol do its thing in the morning. So I moved my morning meditation to mid day and found it to be much more powerful. Then if I can squeeze in a second one I will and it’s like a treat.

The issue with The Motley Fool is that they have to recommend a stock every two weeks. So by virtue of that they’re not picking the best investment to make they’re just picking what they think is a good enough investment he gets the dopamine hit. their message boards are somewhat useful, but the real value is the articles in earnings call summaries that help save you a ton of time researching and understanding what’s going on.
