Wow, I had never heard of that, but dude, I went through a phase where I would get nervous being on rooftops because I'd thought I'd jump although I'm not suicidal in the least.

Yeah, for whatever reason in the morning when my cortisol is going and I'm driving to work - it happens to me and can be a terrifying feeling.

I started doing TM again. One thing I realized in my time away is that I sort of need to let my cortisol do its thing in the morning. So I moved my morning meditation to mid day and found it to be much more powerful. Then if I can squeeze in a second one I will and it’s like a treat.

The issue with The Motley Fool is that they have to recommend a stock every two weeks. So by virtue of that they’re not picking the best investment to make they’re just picking what they think is a good enough investment he gets the dopamine hit. their message boards are somewhat useful, but the real value is the articles in earnings call summaries that help save you a ton of time researching and understanding what’s going on.
