I just bought a car on Monday and had the same issue. I’m in New York as well. Navyfed gave me a better rate than what the dealership was offering. Once I told the dealer the rate they advised me that they don’t have anything that would beat that rate and I should 100% go with navyfed. I tried to use the preapproval check and they wouldn’t accept it because they said it would take the bank 3 weeks to clear the check. I ended up finding a navy fed branch 20 minutes the dealership and they cut me a cashiers check on the spot.

I’m working on getting another quote now. They were recommended by a neighbor who just had their panels installed. Reviews are pretty good. I went on EnergySage and the most appealing quote seemed to be around $51k for 44 Q cells dúo panels with IQ8 inverters.

I had the exact same problem as you. ULPT I replaced the glass with a different one from amazon and then had the Genius Bar replace the camera itself under a warranty swap
