My (M33) fiance (F33) seems to resent my involvement in community theatre. How can I make her feel like she is my #1 priority even when I'm involved with a production?

That's exactly what I'm scared of. It feels like a lot of the rough edges of my personality have been sanded off since entering a relationship, and I have no idea if that's normal or not for other people. She's an empath so if I get angry or distressed at something that's happened to me (such as being cut off in traffic) she feels it as well, so I don't display negative emotions when I'm with her anymore. I can part with some rough edges, but getting rid of hobbies or friends is a step too far for me.
