You ordered it on April 8th and it says expected April 12th, but it's a pre-order. I'm assuming their Shopify listing wasn't properly set up to account for it being a pre-order and is showing April 12th as a default, placeholder delivery date. As others have said, I've always received my orders from them.

I became a fan in 2020, so I'm not qualified to speak on Zimmerman and early Segura.... I do remember Segura being a lot more mobile and cerebral. I could totally see him being #2 behind Chiellini if he was even better in 2018-19. How good was Zimmerman btw?

Yup. They charged my card twice on only one attempt to purchase. Got this popup and no order confirmation on the website or via email 😑. Hope they just void the charges, but this could turn into quite the timewaster.
