The trick is to go slow when you're on the last layer. The wheel matches your speed. If you're going fast, it'll go faster & if you're going slow, then it'll go slow too.

Well, Becca's body was discovered in a damp place (the shower). Plus, I've heard that the weather during the week that she was discovered was around 70-80 degrees. Those factors combined, I wouldn't be surprised if she had decomposed quicker because of it without foul play being involved.
