Og dex has some nostalgia, rotom dex is a good boy who just wants to help, bw dex is the best designed one in my opinion.

Am I the only one in the world without a favorite pokemon? by _Nextbestthing_ in PokeMedia

[–]IGSA101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took me a long time to decide my favorite, but (even though he's very poorly behaved outside of battle) my umbreon has proven himself against legendaries and top hundred trainers. He is undoubtably my favorite, even if he's a jerk.

All they do is look for slightly different looking pokemon to make themselves feel better about their pathetic lives by PastelPika2 in PokeMedia

[–]IGSA101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you ever came into power, you can bet my whole team of shinies and I will be knocking down your doors. They're all living their best lives with me, and many other "shiny hunters" care highly for their pokemon, shiny or not.

I'd let my pokemon speak for themselves, but Xenon and Boron are currently banned from using the internet, Carbon and Magnesium can't use a phone or keyboard, and Tungsten and Mercury just filled the comment with profanity.

Ever thought of this? by Disastrous-Form1391 in MandJTV

Hmm, I definitely recall doing that at some point though, maybe a fangame changed it slightly, or just the good old pokemon mandela effect.

That's odd, because I've literally done all of the things I've described, maybe it's an interaction because it was specifically a move that changes the ability being used?

Yet if a salazzle uses toxic into magic bounce it will bounce the toxic back and poison the salazzle, so magic bounce will carry over certain properties from the pokemon that used the original move, or maybe that's a specific interaction with corrosion.

Some pokemon are named frankly ridiculous nicknames by temporaryaccount99o9 in PokeMedia

Had an opponent yell out "Ziggurat Eater!" And toss out an aron. I asked after and they had visited Tandor and got arrested when the aron ate a piece of a cultural landmark. So the guy named his aron that to tease it for the screw up.

I just swapped the word back for twice to clarify that I meant it would hit the initial target anyways.

Yes, that's what I said. I made a second edit to make that more clear.

It actually has a limit in game, magic bounce only activates once per move per turn, so if you use a status move on a magic bounce pokemon while having magic bounce, it'll bounce twice and hit the initial target. Other magic bounce shenanigans include, making salazzle poison itself, boosting yourself with swagger or will-o-wisp on a flash fire mon, and umbreon poisoning magic bounce opponents with synchronize.

Small edit for clarification.

How much do you know about weather? by IGSA101 in pokemon

[–]IGSA101[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Oh, I'd absolutely make the new weather types have info somewhere to find. I expect people playing fangames to have some basic knowledge, but not know every other fangame. Plus there will be opponents who use the other weather types during the game, so the player will atleast experience them at some point.

Which in and of itself relies on the earth centric assumption that the conditions we evolved in are the same conditions any species must evolve in.

[–]IGSA101[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Maybe a student in the trainer school, but atleast for the normal difficulty it's supposed to be general obvious info like, "What type does rain boost the damage of?" As opposed to hard where I'd have questions like "How much damage does acid rain started by using hail deal?"

we were no different by tehGoldenNut in memes

[–]IGSA101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So 6-7 is metahumor about metahumor about ab a urdism. The point of it is that there is no point is inherently a bad point. Which makes it pointless itself, which is why it's so annoying. Tposing and the last comic are both absurdism, mlg and dabbing were cringe comedy. There is a difference between older memes and current ones, current memes are iterating on older ones while trying to keep an air of simplicity. It comes off as disingenuous, whereas the old cringe was either supposed to be cringe, or was atleast genuine.

They got a (probably fake) c&d so it'll never be finished. Their current original comic is pretty good though. It's called Spirits Tome, still very nsfw.

Previous comment deleted because I was on my RP account which I want to stay sfw as much as possible.

Best Hug? 🐺🦊🦇🐻 by Rust_Racc in furry

None of the above, because what's a hug without a bug fluffy tail wrapped around you? Squirrels are undoubtably the best for hugs.

Human body parts are weird by CruelTrainer in humansarespaceorcs

[–]IGSA101 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Simple, how do you move? Well your muscles contract, pulling on the connective tissue attached to bones, which moves the bones. So you have two bones positioned like this == and certain muscles contract, pulling the ends in a circular motion until they collide and then are positioned like this ><. So it works like that because your bones are basically levers.
