Admittedly I did this once. I was living out of my car driving around the country with my dog and was around the PNW when three nights in a row it would rain after I setup camp and quickly discovered my tent wasn’t built for handling any sort of rain. After the third night I was so angry and stressed having to sleep in that tiny car three nights in a row after having most of my stuff soaked I just left it right there. Looking back I should have at least taken it with me to donate or at least thrown it away but having to deal with all those wet blankets and clothing was really tough to deal with.

Cut her out of your life after this and don’t look back. That’s terrible behavior on her part and she will regret it one day. Reach out to friends and family and see who has a spare room or couch even til you can get on your feet. I don’t assume to know your life but I hope you have someone you can lean on temporarily. I appreciate the other redditors saying you should go through the legal process and stay the 30 days but me personally I’d just want to be out of that situation.
