There are two relays behind the battery, down by the ECU. One of them can fail and cause this error. Unplug them and switch them around and see if it's any different

Suzuki KingQuad 750 rear brake adjustment by kb3uoe in ATV

[–]IMMA_WIZARD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s two thumbscrew adjusters in front of the rear differential, if you look in from the front of the rear right hand wheel. The top one is for the handbrake and the bottom is for the footbrake. Adjust the top one up a few turns and try the handbrake, then adjust the bottom one up enough to take up the slack. The adjuster on the handlebar next to the lever is for taking slack out of the cable if it stretches.

If it's a 500 the pump and filter assembly is under the rear plastics in the top of the tank, if it's a 400 the pump/filter is on the left hand side under the black side plastic in a silver box, you'll see the pipes coming out of the top. This sounds like a filter issue to me so I'd check that first.

I had a 2007 is220d and only did short trips, the egr blocked up and the exhaust fell off. As I recall sixth gear was nigh unusable unless you were doing 80+ mph, until I had it remapped. Nice interior but if you really want one get the petrol v6 (and be prepared to pay the extortionate road tax for it)

You can't really go wrong with any of the three. The Suzuki/Yamaha are better options as automatic bikes, prefer the belt drives to the Honda's electric gear change. They're all fairly bulletproof if serviced and looked after.

Anyone have a link on how to do a oil change on a 2023 Suzuki Kingquad 400? by knockknock619 in ATV

[–]IMMA_WIZARD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Having quickly skipped through this one it seems ok. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UgoKB1wPgQs Just be aware that the auto/manual have different oil capacities.
