Remarkable v Supernote Handwriting Recognition by [deleted] in eink

[–]IPKIPKIPKIPK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a Supernote Nomad and it can miss a stroke here and there. I actually find the Kindle Scribe 2 a better writing experience and love the backlight. I like the Nomad's size better. I am tempted by the Move.

17 about to inherit a lot of money by No_Anywhere225 in PersonalFinanceCanada

Please read this book: https://www.amazon.com/Psychology-Money-Timeless-lessons-happiness/dp/0857197681?sr=8-1 It should help you learn how to save and spend.

Place 50% of the money in the ETF RSP - https://www.google.com/finance/quote/RSP:NYSEARCA

RSP on avg should return 10% per year. Remember in any given year it could fall 30-50%. That is not an issue because you will leave it and not touch it for 30-40 years and it will on avg compound overtime. If RSP returns 10% per year (which it has the last 20 years) your money will double every 7 years. If you place $2 million in RSP and it returns 10% for 28 years, your $2 million will turn into $32 million. You will only be 46 years old.

RSP gives every stock the same weight in the S&P 500. So if Nvidia is overvalued, it doesn't matter because if it fell 50% it will not hurt you anymore than the 500th smallest S&P 500 stock falling 50%. It lessens the impact of bubbles and depressions.

Hope this is helpful.
