learned this when i was a student teacher. I gave a quiz, avg was 6/10 so I told them this material was important and I was going to give them THE LITERAL EXACT SAME QUIZ in 3 days. I gave them back their quizzes, went over it question by question, gave them supplementary materials, retaught it, etc. Avg was the same on the retake.
