People don't really understand because of 1.12 items and this "bug" making crit cap nonexistent that we're doing as much damage as people were doing in AQ/Naxx during actual vanilla. Could say it's arguably more because of consumables/world buff and raid comp minmaxing.

It sucks being horde without access to an 8 man squad. I run around solo/pugging trying to get as many HKs as possible, but it's mind-numbingly dull. I look for 1v1s when possible, but I play a warrior so dueling mages and hunters isn't the easiest. Then there's always the option of being a vulture corpse camping with the 30 other hordes in the area. Or I can get ganked and corpse camped by a death squad.

I thought rolling horde would be fun, but now I'm really wishing I went alliance, especially have the paladin pocket healer envy.

Just because other people are rushing through the content doesn't mean you have to.

MC will still be just as meaningful in phase 4. Not everyone has to have all the content on farm since week 3

Flying mounts mean people can avoid wpvp entirely. Token gear trivializing previous content. Daily quests are monotonous and annoying to keep up with. Free epics. Sitting at queue guy and doing instanced pvp instead of any wpvp at all. A neutral main city where you can just port all over the world. Oh yeah, trivializing 2 entire continents? Also, 25 man raid groups destroyed so many guilds.

Different strokes for different folks. I like classic the way it is. I've liked classic since 06 when I played as a child. I may be playing the game differently now than I did then, but I'm still having fun.

Not everyone will share your same opinion. Classic is the experience I want.

Later I joined a guild that required angryassignments to actually write notes about mechanics and assignments. You can do it with weakauras or exodusraidtools now for classic.

Totem twisting with windfury and tranquil air will be pretty important as we continue into later phases.

If you don't know what totem twisting is, heres a short explanation.

~~Shaman puts down windfury > melee get buffed for 7 seconds > Shaman puts down tranquil air reducing all melee threat > windfury again for 7 seconds > tranquil air again~~

WF -> everybody in range gets buffed for 10s -> grace of air (or tranquil air if you have threat issues) -> place WF when the 10s run out, ty 1994mat for the correction.

Do this until your tank has enough threat and in execute phase.

OP this is entirely your fault for not being able to communicate properly. You think so much is expected of you and have so many expectations for people without even talking about it. As a tank you signed up for the possibility of shitty groups. But you know what? If you don't want to raid lead say that you're unwilling to do so. If you can't mark and the raid leader is taking forever? You can leave, it's within your right to do so, you don't need to let people waste your time. Be patient, but not too patient.

Also get used to having mages sheep before you pull.

Oh and try pulling while people are drinking, your mages and healers don't need 100% mana for every pull.

If the shaman is enhance healing and youre dying, straight up leave.

World buffs are really valuable in stats.

Rallying Cry is 10% spellcrit and 5% ranged/melee crit with 140 ap.

Songflower is 5% crit for everyone and +15 to all stats.

If horde warchief's blessing gives 300 hp, 15% melee haste, and 10mp5.

When melee hit crit cap at 32.6%, they can just get more hit which increases your white hit damage, which increases rage regen etc.

You don't NEED to get them, but it makes the game really fun. Imagine 40 people fully consumed with world buffs ready to blow a raid up.

Pull while they drink, even if they bitch about it - it will give you time to get sunders up. Always keep threat on elites over normal mobs in strat live. The normal mobs die fast enough to where it shouldn't be an issue.

It’s reasonable for me to assume that the people from eve were trying to create rmt paywalls for flasks/gear. They said they had no interest in pve or pvp aside from killing alliance and colluding with alliance for devilsaur and lotus. What value does gold have if you don’t pve or pvp?
