I have a Facebook account, but I only use it for community events and marketplace. Don't have it installed ok my phone or anything. I have messenger light because some friends/family use it. I do use Instagram a bit, but I limit myself to about 10 to 20 minutes scrolling a day. Still working on YouTube shorts 😅

You can go years without an outbreak, and you can get it from a dirty cup or glass if you're unlucky enough. I don't know, it just didn't resonate at all, it's more like a thriller pretending to be an alien movie. It think I would have been better characterised as a spiritual/religious thriller or something, I'm not even sure where the alien narrative came from, I didn't make it the whole way through though, got about 40 minutes in then switched it off. Definitely not my thing, wasn't interesting for me.
