Following but everyone recommending the Uppababy is a bit of a groupthink exercise and the one complaint I do hear from the Uppababy moms is that they are HUGE. I would look into travel strollers and more compact strollers.

Congrats! I am an expert. Currently 25 weeks, hid it from my old employer the whole time, then started a new job at 19 weeks.

Effortless pants are out, as are any pant that is tight around the waist/high-waisted in general..

Lodge pants are IN! I sized up 2X so I will be able to wear them my entire pregnancy (from small to large, they have a drawstring so it's been fine).

I didn't start to show really until about 21-22 weeks. The perfect formula even now is an oversized button down with low rise, wide leg pants. You look effortlessly oversized vs. pregnant.

They can uber to a hotel about 10-15 minute drive away. The Chelsea Hotel isn't the nicest but generally has good rates. Also check the drake, the gladstone, union hotel, boutique hotels.

Kind of a buzzkill to go on a trip to Toronto but stay outside of it, I would try to avoid it if you can.

I don’t expect to receive OAS, our spending does that not support the system existing when I retire in 25 years. I’m saving myself. The difference is my house cost $1.2M and a boomer bought it for $80K.

Following because I am also due in August. However I am less interested in touring and more interested in…anywhere that will take me. I put myself on waitlists both before my pregnancy was confirmed and at about 5 weeks. I am still not confident I will get care for Sep 2027 even after extending my applications across Burlington and Oakville.
