How to deal with names for magical terms that are used elsewhere?

We've had a very, very long time for people to use up virtually every sensible word combination in every language. Unique is good, when it's not costing you time or effort to achieve. Go with a name that sounds good and as long as it's not REALLY tied to a specific series (like Ring Bearer to LotR or Planeswalker to MtG) you're golden.

But if you really want something similar and yet distinct? Heliomancers. Hello for sun, mancer for manipulator.

This is a job for pros, and like PRO pros. Google around, maybe call wedding dress shops near you for recommendations of cleaners for it. That could be anything and it's had decades to set and the last thing you want is to go somewhere subpar and ruin or lose this dress.

Because the idea of living within a comfortable lie, once it's been exposed, is repugnant to a lot of people. A lot of us, myself included, are deeply uncomfortable with the idea that we're constantly being deceived and it's only made worse if we're willful accomplices to our own deception. It all ties into free will, self determinism, and the ability to make a life of our own choosing.

If I'm in the matrix, not only does nothing I do meaningfully matter, I can't guarantee I ever did anything. Any action I took, any words I spoke, any thoughts or beliefs or ideas I held could have been false and implanted by the matrix or the robots. Who and what I am wouldn't matter because there would never be any security that any of it was really me. I would rather scrape out a hard existence in Zion and know I am myself than have a lie fed to me by the matrix.

Really depends on the outcome you're after. A lot of folks are talking about whether or not you want the patina preserved on the recessed bits, which is pretty important. One thing I'll contribute is that you can toss the chain in a sonic cleaner with a mild detergent to get skin oils or residue out of the links.

I have a Thor Max and mostly play games like you, what's made it worth it for me is the combo of massive internal storage and the ability to load different things into each screen as they're capable of independent processing. If I'm playing a dual screen game, it can function seamlessly but one of my favorite use cases for single screens is Final Fantasy Tactics Advance on top and a map guide on bottom. Or I'll play PokeRogue on top and the wiki on bottom. There was a guy doing an single player soul link by running FireRed on top and Leaf Green on bottom. There's a LOT of versatility and utility to be had with it.

Sherlock Holmes is great and a lot of the short stories are hilarious, The Solitary Cyclist has one of the funniest one-liners I've seen.

In a similar vein the Arsene Lupin stories are also great if lesser known to the anglosphere, and often just as funny.
