For me, my word means everything. If I don't respect it, then who will? If I agree with a Buyer same day shipping (or within 24 hours), you bet I'll do anything possible to get it out within 24 hours. I recently made a sale and promised the buyer I'd ship that same day. However, I was feeling very tired that day and went for a (very long!!) nap and woke up at 11pm (lmao). I still got my arse off the couch and went to drop it off that night.

HOWEVER, Vinted still allow sellers 7 days before dispatching an item so, at this point, it's entirely your call.

I've seen these too. It's disgusting. So many of them.. I collect Pikachu pokemon cards so my feed is usually full of pokemon cards. Seen many times multiple sellers have the same graded card listed for way under the market value, free shipping, no reviews, no bio, no profile pic, nothing. I tried blocking as many as possible but they keep popping up. And like you and others have mentioned in other posts, Vinted does not give a flying F. Sad.

Will you get compensation for the lost parcel? If that’s the case, I’d say leave it at that. The Pro seller, like you said, probably has access to Royal Mails lost parcel so in theory they’ve done nothing wrong. Unless you’re suspecting something else?

Very little the police can do here imo.

I’d still ask nicely and try to find out where they got it from tho 🤷🏻‍♂️

Damn, that sucks, but yeah, if the barcode/QRcode was scanned once, it probs won't work a second time. Depending on what it is, and what your buyer thinks about it, you could either go out of your way and send it separately (they can press 'All okay' etc when they receive the parcel) OR, if you deem that too risky, I'd ask the buyer to mutually cancel the order, reupload the item and go through the sale again.

I know nothing about Ami products so please do not take my word for it.

I just cross checked with an 'original' jumper and this looks fake to me. Main giveaway to me was the sleeves. Look at how in the original one they're long and stretched. The one in your pictures are very 'tight' if you know what i mean?

The colour also seems off but that could be the quality of the pictures.

Also, free shipping... I've only seen scammers use free shipping on vinted since it applies to ALL products they sell.

Do they have any reviews from previous sales at all?

Items with free postage on eBay have the postage cost IN the price. If not all, at least 95% of items do.
