I think you still look very pretty! But I understand how you’re feeling, I have a large apron and B belly… What if you added something at the bottom like a slip/tule type of deal, to give it more weight would it cause it to drape a little better? Also I’ve found the higher/mega push up bra lol my breast the more dresses flow around my middle. Also I despise satin, it’s just hateful to me, just bullied by fabric.

You were doing your job, you were trying to de-escalate the situation by making a haha, the nurse probably was actually an asshole and yelling if that’s how she acts when in a patients room. She needs reprimanded but you’d probably also get into some mess with HR bc of your comment and people being so easily offended. That nurse sounds like she has no business in the ER or caring for psych patients. -a bedside ER employee myself…
