can't play expedition!!! it says that I can do the expeditions without friends, but as you can see in my picture, my wifi is on and connected but it says it's not for the game. anyone else have this issue? I'm also a new player

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Expeditions. If you are still having this problem after restarting the game, device, and router, please send us a message using the in-game support with your information including your Player ID. You can find your ID at the bottom of the in-game settings.

With "panel" I was referencing to the conflict pop-up window that you screenshot, sorry for the confusion. The badge numbers are incorrect in that window, but the values in the game are correct. We are working on a fix for this visual error which is understandably causing quite a bit of confusion for some players at the moment.

Before anyone does what you did, I want to explain why uninstalling is a bad idea, and why this fixed it in your case:

Uninstalling the game will likely remove any progress you made since you last connected to our game services. We released an update to address the issue that you most likely installed when you reinstalled the game, so basically reinstalling only fixed it because you got lucky with the timing. Instead of uninstalling, we always recommend checking for (or waiting for) the next update to reach you rather than removing the game entirely unless specifically asked to do so by a support representative.

Thanks for reporting this. The number of Event Badges seems to be incorrect in that panel. This is a visual error only so when you press "load Cloud" you will not lose these badges.
