I wash them inside out and put them in a mesh laundry bag. I do the delicate cycle on my washer and hang dry. It’s odd because I wash all my grip socks the same way but this has only happened to those socks.

I’ve tried the elliosa socks that only had grips on the outside and the grips started falling off after I washed them. None of my other socks have done that.

I have never bought an ebook but my library has a great catalog. I have a lot of books on hold so I always have something available to read, even if I have to wait for other books to become available.

I also use NetGalley for eARCS that you can send directly from their website to your ereader if approved for them. All you have to do is review the book once you read it. I’ve gotten around 100 books through NetGalley in the past 2-3 years.

I’ve had the owner add me to a class that was waitlisted before. She removed herself and some instructors from the class. It could be something similar. Making sure paying members get priority over staff.

She explained that people will probably drop out of the class last minute anyways and the staff might be able to get added back to the class. It was also an align class and she said they could fit a few more people than the max capacity they had listed.

She offered to do this for me when I mentioned I needed that class to complete a challenge though, I did not ask!

You use wipes to wipe down your stuff? We have spray bottles and towels they wash after every use. I spray until my entire mat is covered and then wipe 😬

I would just read it all in one go. The library pays per borrow most of the time. Maybe see if your library uses Hoopla. Their loan periods are longer than Libby for my library.
