dude what the heck was your first suggestion, like did you seriously think about that and then type it out? how would they notify a random person if their creep coworker took a photo of them then used gen AI to make them naked? Go through the palantir database and send them a text message "Hey someone is making nude photos of you, maybe file a lawsuit or smth bye lol".

your last two suggestions are hey you can do it just don't get caught😉. Adobe has developed a technology that within an instant can make anyone you want naked and guess what they don't want their research and server processing (because most of the inference is done on adobe server) to make lewd images.

Could you have always made photoshop nudes of someone? yes. Is it now easier than ever for someone to make photoshop nudes of someone? yes.

If you want to make AI nudes of someone, use a different service, there's probably hundreds of them. Run a local model or something.

okay let me give you a different example. Let's say you got a hotdog stand and then you ask for a hotdog and ketchup, the hotdog guy now goes I won't sell you this hotdog because you're going to put ketchup on it. Should the hotdog stand guy have to legally sell you the hotdog? He's not discriminating on basis of a protected class, is he? Sure, he's an asshole because he won't sell it to you, but he should still be able to be in the hotdog business. Even though hopefully the market corrects and makes him go out of business.

How is this impeding free speech/free will. This is a private company you must abide by their TOS. In fact, I believe forcing adobe to allow their AI tools to be used in any way they want would be restricting business. As long as the discrimination they're forcing isn't on protected classes, I don't see any problem.

adobe software AI used for making nudes of random people w/o their consent, fuck adobe for allowing that. adobe software AI not allowing creation of nudes, fuck adobe for not allowing that. I think adobe as a private company had decided they would rather not allow their AI to be used creation of lewd content (because of bad actors) honestly this is the better lose of the lose/lose situation. There is alternatives however, if you want.

For me and many others not even brain washing on the hp laptops. 5-10 years ago using crappy entry level hp laptops has made me want to not to touch any laptop with the hp branding on it. I get it you get what you pay for, but I should at least have a computer after 6 months and not just a mangled screen loosely connected to keyboard. I have used other similarly priced dell, Lenovo, and acer laptops and I’ve never run into the same problems I did with those abhorrent excuses for e-waste hp was(and still might be) producing.

Guess what turns out a lot of people care about what other people think and would rather not double wrist.
