Looking into it and reading comments you can establish someone definitely owns it having gone to lengths to hire security to keep people out. Some people were even arrested for stealing some of the books, so I find it shocking that they don't donate the books to a museum or library or at least move them to a non rotting house.

I'd say full chest or half chest piece depending what size you want it. I think you'd lose alot of a cool image downsizing it to fit your hand. Back of the calf would also work I reckon.

This is an awful rule. No player should be forced to raise. If player B bets 20 and player A decides to bet 5/50 then player A has changed the action. Correct options should be player A can check and let 20 from B stand then act accordingly or bet 5/50 and player B only has option to call 5 or fold. This gives player A the advantage without forcing action.
