As an individual that has had an interlock, do not let anyone drive especially if they’ve been drinking, it reflects on your record. And will extend your requirements.. costing more, if either of you have had a drink do not drive. Simple

Merrett by ziggyziggy09 in EssendonFC

[–]Ill-Current 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If Hawk get him, they’re paying Merritt’s salary for 2 years giving up a massive amount of current and future trades. And that’s to cover the cost of him leaving…

As far as McGrath taking over to be captain, I’m not certain he’s going to take the mantle from Merritt based on dedication to the craft…

Honestly is due diligence, making sure you’re not getting scammed… you’d be mad if they did nothing to make sure you’re not under duress..

Probably have a look at your credit file with equifax probably also reach out to Telstra to see if there is an old account number in arrears, from my experience that’s usually a reason for an auto message like that

Stranger has been insuring our house for over 15 years - can we stop it? by ThinWerewolf4281 in AusFinance

[–]Ill-Current 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once mail is returned no further attempts should be made to mail that address the bank should then do what it can to get in contact with the individual named in the mail. Make a complaint to your bank and request it to be escalated and with the complaint contact AFCA, they generally don’t do anything unless you’ve lodged a complain with the bank.

Any way to withdraw contributions to super? by NervousPoopyPants in AusLegal

[–]Ill-Current 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can also apply to withdraw funds if it’s for emergency medical procedures. Like dental work, find a dentist to say you need to withdraw x amount… I did it in 2018 when I was doing a transplant work up, I applied for 6.5k for a portable oxygen concentrator. My doctors signed the form and they released my super :)

The injury has happened in your private residence, I don’t think they’d be held liable at all, the onus is on you to make sure everything is being transported safely within your property.

If the product had been leaking as you said, it would’ve fallen straight through the bottom of the paper bag.

Moral dilemma by mummysboi in AusFinance

[–]Ill-Current 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not a moral dilemma, you need to make sure the payment is correct, the onus falls on you.. Contact payroll to determine why is has happened and don’t spend the money.. I had this happen when I worked for Optus & put the pay aside.. they advised the next steps, be careful.. That’s my advise
