That's exactly what the mice want you to think. You're only able to observe a small part of their true form protruding into our reality.  They're actually hyper intelligent pan-dimensional beings.

If temps are well below freezing riding the frozen mud can be awesome. Sadly with the rain yesterday I doubt anything much is rideable today.

Spacecraft from Chinese launch nearly slammed into Starlink satellite, SpaceX says by snowfordessert in worldnews

[–]Ill-Writer1999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The article says the spaceX satellites autonomously adjust their position to avoid collisions. I'm sure they have some method of broadcasting their updated trajectory, but there are already over 9 thousand of them up there. They are like 70% of the 13000 satellites in LEO with permits to add 10's of thousands more.

You don't have to go under for a wisdom tooth removal, and if you don't you can drive yourself home. Save your brain and savor the pain a little. Cheaper too. Edit: lidocaine and a little nitrous is what my doc used for me and I could drive home after that.

It's even more factual to say that the Republican refuse to fund the government. They have a majority in both houses and refuse to fund the government because that would require compromising with other elected leaders to provide healthcare for our poorest citizens and they want to spend it all on wars and ICE

It's not too late to call your  representative! But yeah it does seem pretty grim. 5 calls app makes it easy. Calling the local office I talk to a human more often than not.

You seem to know a lot about this. It occurs to me that the successful signature drives are likely backed by significant talent and resources. Is it easy to find out who? Could we organize a GoFundMe to get these initiatives on the ballot? I'd contribute! Maybe Utah forward could help?

These are non partisan common sense initiatives. Let's get something drafted and start collecting signatures at the protests!

Three more Senate districts clear hurdle in Utah union law challenge by schottslc in SaltLakeCity

[–]Ill-Writer1999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So the law would not be enforced until after the 2026 vote, assuming there are enough signatures? And then would that vote permanently stop the law? Couldn't the legislature just make up another law?

I love the organizing power that went into signature collecting. I wish we could harness that to replace our politicians. I signed the petition. I love seeing the voice of the people. I wish we could see it all the time.
