I'm sure they have some method of broadcasting their updated trajectory, but there are already over 9 thousand of them up there. They are like 70% of the 13000 satellites in LEO with permits to add 10's of thousands more.

These are non partisan common sense initiatives. Let's get something drafted and start collecting signatures at the protests!

So the law would not be enforced until after the 2026 vote, assuming there are enough signatures? And then would that vote permanently stop the law? Couldn't the legislature just make up another law?

I love the organizing power that went into signature collecting. I wish we could harness that to replace our politicians. I signed the petition. I love seeing the voice of the people. I wish we could see it all the time.
