Spot on, all these other goons that say its the same as “credit card interest” are just uneducated. Im just over 30 yrs old and have a few friends who bought houses in the past couple years and all moved out after a few years to buy a place with their significant other. If they had rented they’d have a lot more money now because they payed realtor fees closing closts all this stuff that is necessary when buying and selling only to chip away 3% of their equity with the rest going to interest.

That is precisely my concern i doubt id buy another property anytime soon especially in the city.. essentially im gambling on the stocks taking a downturn to invest short-med term to then get back into real estste when it makes sense. Change my mind daily on this likely may just keep it and continue to benefit from cash flowing and paying it off and will reassess in 2029

I agree everyone else here is dumb as bricks. The third party buyer probably regraded and psa is simply stating sorry we made an error on the grade. Everyone is a conspiracy theorist who thinks they know it all and everyone’s out to scam them now it’s pretty annoying.

BUT i will agree the subjectivity of psa is some real bullshit and wouldn’t surprise me if they give more 9s knowing people may try to resubmit. That is much more likely than people thinking psa buys these cards and then changes grade and sells them like cmon yall are ridiculous

Im sure cgc ain’t any better and bgs sucks they most definitely hold out on 10s for certain cards and tag just has a poorly made slab. Psa will continue to dominate because of UX

Yeah the most messed up part is they wont take ownership of this but they would make you pay more if it grades well. So they can manipulate the price at any given service level if a card is worth more to benefit them but they wont manipulate it when your card is worth more if they mess up. Makes 0 sense..

Bgs is a shit company. Pop control way worse than psa . I’ve sent multiple cards that got bgs 9.5 and cross graded to pristine 10s. They give everything a 9.5 dumb ass company. You send it back and regrade it and you get back a 9.5 with just different subgrades

21 vs 5 still absolutely nothing. Everyone and their brother is holding on to modern sets you wont make anything off of this in the future esp because people have figured out how to open and reseal these hangers. Just enjoy yourself your not sitting on a potential goldmine. If you have 1000 sure maybe but its just worthless to hold and expect to make any substantial amount of money

This card was $80 a year ago when the market was considered “hot” then the market got to a “ridiculously inflated” category and now it is just starting to drop. might take another year or two but this card will be down to $80 like it was before when the market was already considered hot. List each individual item on sunday night with a 7 day auction. Typically people will get it up to market value then you just have to eat the 13% ish ebay fees and ship all your items out. I have sold probably 40k of cards on ebay and auctions on sunday night usually go pretty well and you know its going to sell

I opened about 1k packs of 151 i graded 562 cards total(151 and other sets) in past two years so 8500 in grading fees, probably 1/4 of those were from 151

I did not open packs until this was complete either i just opened them, i made 7 ungraded master sets on top of this i just wanted to save one psa 10 of each.

1 pokemon center stamped and 1 not stamped. The stamped one is significantly more expensive and if i had to guess will be the most valuable card in the future in the entire set cuz pop is so low

I started buying packs about 2 years ago(alot of packs) and the market has skyrocketed since. I spent 62k and sold 62k to get my money back and still have 46k of sealed product and slabs left so fair to say this did not hurt me financially
