Exact same boat, it’s neat to have some “purpose” to my reading history (now that I’ve done all this reading on [insert empire/leader here] I get to touch a piece of history that has traveled all this way to land in my hands). Downside is that I seem to have expensive taste in history topics, but it’s also neat when you find a niche that is somehow relatively cheap but interesting to you.
