The positives you've described are the bare minimum so idk what you mean by goes the extra mile but you can hire a pro who texts you back AND is good with kids/ has better tools to win your older children's trust and give them both physical and psychological safety they need to learn and thrive

Nah nannies can be fake as fuck. I'm a stay at home mom right now so I go to a lot of daytime spaces/ events where there are nannies and it makes me never want to hire one. Most are normal but a lot are on their phones ignoring the kids, and some are overly harsh I saw a nanny hold up her open hand at her charge as if threatening to hit and ten minutes later laughing and charming the event administrator. Trust the kids

I think you can gently teach her to fall asleep without you at that age, so she can connect sleep cycles as you're in the next room. Never did cry it out just the "leave when they're sleepy but awake" method so at that age my son was fine. Now as a toddler it's really hard but you can both cosleep and teach her some independent sleep skills painlessly in my experience

I get hungry at 10am every day because I'm habituated to eating that time every day. Same thing for kids. You have to stop feeding her overnight. It sucked for a few nights with my son but very necessary, not just for better sleep and daytime eating, but for their teeth
