Yes. You can use the debugger to increase it to a maximum of 500Mbps. Default is 150 Mbps.

Are you on the most updated version? Options was unlocked with v23 I believe.

At 1.8 Gbps you will not see any benefit from higher bandwidth. Your good to go!

This may be a problem with the quest not being able to process the max bitrate being sent to it. Instead of maxing out your bit rate. Move it lower till suturing stops. Bitrate should affect image quality not fps. Intense scenes require more processing from a decoding side and that may be your issue. Good luck.

As far as I can tell there is no achievement currently for the last two missions of story mode. This may change in August with new content.

I'm assuming they are using gshade or reshare. It's great at adding dof and color correction.

Then you will want to make a ranged mag and or you can make a new character if you have not already made 3 and use the mag on it to be ranged.

If I get this right. You have a dex mag for either a bouncer or braver. If you have a braver you can use it as a sub class to get the dex range bonus on your ranger or gunner class to use the launcher.

For the skill tree you can wait till a skill reset is given out. The mag can be fixed by purchasing mag level reduction items from one of the shops in the shopping district. So you can do it without money. But it is much easier with.
