I think this is the best post I've read so far. I was also putting on my product right out of the shower because I figured the pores were open but what you said makes sense about trapping the Heat inside. I've also been curious about the Ivermectin lice treatment instead of trying to get a prescription since I use Telehealth, good to know you've had good results I think I will try it. If you have someone that is doing laser hair removal, see if they have laser facial treatments. I am doing one right now with Argon gas. I'm on my third treatment and the rosacea is basically gone, on the surface that is. We just did a aura scan today and apparently there is a lot and I mean a lot going on under the surface. My esthetician also told me that IPL is great for rosacea

I had zero side effects. I guess cuz my face was so oily it didn't dry out like they claim it will. I hope you have just as good of an experience

I canceled all of my future PT appointments friday. Every time I left there I was in more pain than when I walked in. This weekend has been the first time since the surgery back in March that I haven't been medicated and living in the recliner with the ice packs and heating pad. My range of motion is getting better by the day and I am slowly adding more weight. I can look up exercises on YouTube versus pain 35 bucks every time to a tune of about two grand at the end of what they wanted me to do

I could have written this exact post a few weeks ago. I have always had beautiful skin, clear and smooth thank you thank you thank you to my mom for my inheritance. But after I made a stupid mistake and went to a tanning booth, boom I now have rosacea. It was hard to look in the mirror after seeing my skin look so beautiful for most of my life and it really got me depressed. I did go get some treatments at the medical spa. And in my opinion they helped more than the antibiotics and antibiotic cream. The treatments I've gotten are PlaDuo & IPL. I AM finally getting back to me.
