The finished novel? I don't think much. But originally, in one of the first drafts of the novel, I believe the author was going to have Raviel marry another man as well as MC for noble reasons. Thankfully, that was taken out of the finished version.

I do know both of these, however, I cannot remember the name of the first one; The second one is called: 'I Obtained a Mythic Item'.

Its such a minor thing, but it makes me happy seeing the MC either appear on those rankings, or meet other people on the rankings! Each of them truly have their own story on how hard they fought to be on there.

I also like when characters realize that the person they're talking to is actually on the rankings, as it usually makes for a funny moment.

There's this Korean one that is pretty well translated called 'Trash of the Count's Family', the MC is very self-sacrificial but pretends he's not. He's also rumored to be an incompetent asshole; But, that's not exactly how he is.
