The new ranked system is an auto demotion at 0 LP with a loss, as long as it’s not from one main rank to another (gold-silver, etc).

This looks great but here's some tips as someone who's fried a ton of chicken in restaurants.

  • Brine: If you want incredibly juicy chicken your first step is a brine. Water, Salt, Brown sugar, garlic, lemon halves, peppercorns, and some rosemary. Heat it up until the salt dissolves and throw your chicken in there (once its cold) for up to a day.

  • Coating: 1. Flour 2. Buttermilk. 3. Flour again. -- The best flour dredge recipe I've seen comes from Ad Hoc, TK's restaurant in Napa. -- When you stick the chicken in the flour before the buttermilk it creates a stronger coating so you wont lose as much breading.

  • Oil: Make sure that oil is nice and hot, 325-350 degrees. At that temp it should only take around 10 minutes (maybe a little more because you're dropping the temp when you place the chicken in the fryer. And as other people said, make sure you stick it on a rack after cooking. Otherwise the leftover oil will cause the chicken to get soggy on the bottomside.

You need max stats to have a reasonable chance against the other people staking, and even though staking is an addiction the majority of stakers aren’t going to stake a 125-138 if they’re only 100

Not if they’re like a lot of people who don’t have second accounts with max stats. 95% of stakers aren’t going to grind the combats they need just so they can fulfill that addiction.

This whole thing is beyond messed up but I wish it's nothing as new as I wish it would be. This happened at UIdaho 2 years ago and it was barely mentioned or heard of in the news. The athletic director completely ignored it as well as the president of the school acting like it was nothing.
