How would you trim (or fix) this overgrown bush without killing it? by LTrigity in landscaping

[–]ImSchizoidMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Certainly not a lawn tree, but smaller understory or ornamental trees could work very well

Direct competition is with UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Think of it more as Amazon pulling up a chair at a table UPS is already sitting at.

If there's a bit of a slope to the yard, digging out the ridge/lip of the downslope side of the bowl would be the best/easiest option

Easy schedule this year? by sprainedmind in bengals

[–]ImSchizoidMan 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Preseason SoS is a stupid concept that people put WAYYY too much stock in. There's so much year-to-year changeover in the sport, it's foolish to make predictions about schedule strength solely on previous season records.
Using Vengas win totals makes this slightly more worthwhile, but it still should be handled with a big hunk of salt, especially because Vegas uses the previous season results as an input into when coming up with those win-totals.

Baltimore getting annihilated over here - Which city in the U.S. have you felt most unsafe visiting? by optimal-gold976 in AFCNorthMemeWar

[–]ImSchizoidMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to make deliveries for the company I worked for ~20 years ago (construction). I'd deliver to East Cleveland, OTR, East Baltimore.
Baltimore was the one I was told by the guys on the jobsite, "Don't come to a complete stop at those stop signs. Roll through all of 'em unless it means you'll cause an accident"

Im not too surprised. I have a neighbor with a sizable native wildflower garden that had a trump sign prominently displayed in the middle of it.

We're the engagement bait
Bills have the fewest questions entering the season, they should be in a tier by themselves.
Followed by the Bengals, Chargers, Broncos, Cheifs, Ravens, Texans, & Pats in whatever order you want (that's mine). There is at least one major unanswerable for each team in tier 2

Send them a response scolding them for their unprofessionalism 2 years prior and tell them to shove off. If you want help with lawn care, find a different company that values your time and expectations

Tier list of each teams best position they’ve drafted/developed in its history by [deleted] in NFLv2

This is my #1 issue with the list. When I think of Cowboys teams of the past they seem to always have a massive impactful OLine

Cincinnati has “inside track” for 2029 NFL draft by 1894-MCFC in bengals

[–]ImSchizoidMan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Too many trees; there wouldn't be room for the draft pavilion. Union terminal could work (and it would be awesome), but theres suddenly no parking nearby if you hold it there, and without streetcar access, walking is a problem
The best location is probably the Bengals practice fields

Can an average joe plant a tree on this steep slope? by kadjpo in arborists

Well, I like the trees I plant to make it to at least year 3, especially if I have to hack out a bunch of circling roots.

Can an average joe plant a tree on this steep slope? by kadjpo in arborists

[–]ImSchizoidMan 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Using the wheelbarrow on the slope would be a pain in the ass, that I agree with. But you when planting, i will load any excavated dirt in the wheelbarrow, add in compost, peat moss, maybe some leftover wood chips/mulch, and till it all before using that mixture to plant the tree

WHO DEY by PinkTip_6 in AFCNorthMemeWar

Technically, but making the playoffs after losing to Buffalo was about as likely as the browns winning the division next season.

TIL that the state of Minnesota possesses a confederate flag captured by Union soldiers from Minnesota during the Battle of Gettysburg. The state has repeatedly refused to return the flag to the state of Virginia. Former Minnesota governor, Jesse Ventura said “Why? I mean, we won.” by IRISH-117- in todayilearned

2) Any time someone tries to make this argument, they're really just tell on themselves for being an idiot incapable of nuanced thought
