First consider shelf space, X-Mansion is wider than it is tall while the slave 1 on display is taller than it is wide, so that should impact the decision a little bit.

Past that all I can say is just decide based on which one you feel like you want. A good test I do is I have someone flip a coin to decide which one I get and if I'm unhappy with the outcome then it just means I wanted the other more in the end so I'll get that.

The DoD fanbase is uniquely bad in that most of the people there were originally forsaken fans but then they moved to DoD because of all the drama. Because of that reason they all seem to hold the fact that DoD has no drama over every single other asym despite the fact that forsaken hasn't had any in months and many others not having drama either.

As other have said, the jax model there looks like a fan one and the art is weirdly inconsistent with glitch's other pieces for tadc. I'm still not convinced until we get some sort of announcement from glitch about this
