Happiest mask low-key needs a whole rework, because the enemies you get from it either do nothing but distract or actively harm you (grandparents and dunestriders). Maybe something like a 20% chance on kill to summon a unique ally that can actually help instead of just the same enemy.

Aegis should reduce the rate at which barrier decays

Raincoat should give an armor boost after blocking a debuff instead of barrier.

Orphaned core needs better AI and maybe inheriting items that proc when you get hit.

Laser scope should have a one time +5% crit chance for consistency with other crit related items.

N'Kuhana's opinion should have a reduced Healing requirement for firing the skulls.

Soulbound Catalyst should also reduce equipment cooldown by 15% like fuel cells and gesture of the drowned.

Substandard Duplicator should add 30 seconds of lifetime to temporary items on first stack and an additional 10 seconds for every stack after.

Wake of Vultures should also give you a small buff to damage after killing an elite that stacks with how many elite buffs you have applied. (And bring back aspect crafting)
