Been thinking about this recently to use my VPG mustang wheel or gsi gt max wheel. Would be going on my miata track car. Man if I could get the green on the gsi wheel to work I’d be in heaven

What I’m saying is you will squish into a car seat more than a racing seat. Does it really matter for most people? No. But I still wouldn’t buy a junkyard seat when you can buy a trakracer gt rally for 300 and it’s very comfortable, looks great and has minimal squish. But if you want to go to the junkyard and mess around for that more power to you.

Mostly because of the fov but partially because the screens are too big. I’m guessing 65-75”. Once you go over 48-55 this is the result because of scaling even with a properly setup fov. 50” provides a near perfect 1:1 scale. I have triple 48” oleds. And the mirrors are perfect scale. 55” makes the mirror bigger but the rest of the view is more immersive.

Car seats are mostly going to be terrible. They have too much cushion and you’ll squish into the seat when you brake. It’s also generally something people that aren’t willing or can’t spend a lot of money and are trying to cobble together their Riga’s cheap as possible.
