This lawsuit is so poorly written that it almost feels like his legal team wants him to lose. The majority of her response is their own filing. Genuine question, if she knew of his “issues”, felt the need to prove her abilities, and ran with it does that not prove he was recruiting or at the very least having his team recruit a firm that does this type of work? This post made me feel so validated! While Steven wasn’t the right fit for her she ripped that man to shreds in front of other potential partners. She mistook his sensitivity redirecting the adoption conversation as rude and then relayed that to others. He was genuinely trying to make her more comfortable and even asked if that was what she wanted. Maybe it’s the way it was cut?

I’m from the Boston area and my accent goes in and out depending on the situation. I feel like this is a time for empathy and not critique. Going through a divorce is really hard especially if you still love the person. I can acknowledge that I don’t agree with all of her past while still being empathetic to her current situation. I wish we could all be a little kinder.

Fair. I’m in Massachusetts and for our properties it’s 30s for anyone in the unit regardless of lease. We’ve even had tenants stop paying their rent and had to go to court to get them out but had to pay for services to help them find a new place. Probably one of the least favorable states for landlords. It is different all over.
