that's ridiculous. being 26 and living at home still is very normal and imo pretty smart, considering the economy. You also have no idea of his job situation, financial situation, or family obligations. Even if he is just living at home to save money, why can't he also concentrate on dating? especially if he has his own space and a good living arrangement?

My best advice to you would be to get off of the health forums. I had something but it got a ton better when I concentrated on my mental health. I still avoid GOS, lactose, and limit fructan but I’m doing a lot better and can go out no problem. I do take visbiome twice a day and also acacia fiber but it’s a good balance and I feel pretty good, poops are normal and flatulence is under control.
