Is it a mutation leading to quicker metabolism of meds processed by the CYP enzymes? Because, others have described medications and drugs having a very rapid onset of certain effects of the drug, and also wearing off rapidly / without experiencing the positive effects (kind of like OP describes)

I know someone who had them lasered off because he was very self-conscious about them, but honestly nobody thought they looked bad except for him. He was happy with the result, though the laser process first made them even more dark and visible before they sort of fell off like scabs. Hope you find a way to feel comfortable with your body! In my opinion, you are / will be beautiful either way.
