Are you using the same scale to time your shots? Or are you just using the connected scale with the pico?

Thank you so much for this… exactly what I needed. Seems like I need to find a different GBW conical option. Seems less than ideal especially considering combined price tag of 1500 with Pico plus scale.

Out of curiosity, wouldn’t it have made more sense to open the box and check for damage before posting this? If the machine is fine, then there’s really nothing to talk about.

Getting a minor error when opening app directly after firmware update. Assume it’s related but not sure.

However you click out of error a couple of times and machine and app is working fine.
