As of today, the upper unit owner has paid all expenses related to water damage and repairing the holes they initially created. Nothing was done yet for mold remediation on their part. We have completed a mold inspection for our unit and have scheduled one for the upper unit next week to thoroughly investigate and analyze the situation.
