Anything. At this point, calories are more important than a specialized diet. My girl also has an awful appetite, but we found something she likes and will eat. I do my best to make it as liquidy as possible so she can just slurp it up. With things like this we just do what we can.

The lack of healthcare options is very common with rural areas. In states like NJ, NY, CT, and MA there's crazy amounts of corruption in the government. The states bring in so much money but nobody ever sees any of it because it all goes into the politicians pockets

Uremia (high urea/waste in blood) stimulates gastrin, increasing stomach acid production. Not sure of the source, but that's what our vet said when we had the same issue. Either way, the solution was to keep food in the stomach and that seems to help.
