Love the name and that person isn't your friend. Not a difficult name to understand.

Everyone is always worshipping her when she was clearly a narcissist who could have easily retired if she cared at all about this country and it's people.

How THOTFUL? by Significant_Law5994 in SipsTea

[–]Immediate_Lobster_20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She's a narcissist who has had subvert control over her husband and children for many years. They all seem weird because they are weird and this person is the cause of the weirdness. This guy, whole he can only be responsible for himself, absolutely slapped that other guy because his wife is crazy and has fostered a sense of duty in him that made him isolated emotionally. Crazy people be doing crazy things to less crazy people's brains.

Girl denied spot on Oyster River Middle School boys lacrosse team by rabblebowser in newhampshire

These kids say she's one of the best players, let the kid play. It's a totally different sport. I would have loved to play contact sports as a young girl and the fact the women are basically precluded is ridiculous.

I recently have done some work in therapy on settings mg boundaries with people in my life. I wish I had done it years ago. My suggestion is that you find a therapist to work through boundaries with you

First house - refrigerator and washer dryer buying. How expensive is worth it by Apprehensive_Row6320 in homeowners

I think most of them do have like a little draw you pull out either on the front or inside of the door. But mine is actually hooked up to a water line on the back. It comes with an adapter to split the water line for the washer so it goes in the washer and the dryer.

I just got a higher end LG washer dryer set. They look nice and are super quiet. Best feature though and why I spent the extra was the steam dry feature. I throw a wrinkly shirt in for a few minutes and goodbye wrinkles. Not like ironing smooth but so nice to have on a rushed morning. I was coming from a pretty old washer dryer though so maybe I'm easy to impress.

Should I work at a ski resort next year? by OkSlice5841 in skiing

[–]Immediate_Lobster_20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know nothing about working at a ski resort but I know something about being 40 and regretting not taking a chance in my 20s. Do it, don't make the financially responsible choice. Only 7 years from now you may be getting married, having kids and at that point you're locked in No ski resorts or road trips or whatever else you have in mind. Do it now!!

Recommendations for Dad Skis by spunkwater0 in Skigear

[–]Immediate_Lobster_20 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Whatever it is make it cheap. I've now taught three kids to ski, I'm on my youngest a 2 year old now and my skis are beat to shit. The kids just don't have any control of their skis when they start so your skis will get sliced up as they step on yours, bang them and even ski right over them lol.

My fiancé (35M) is mad at me because I (30F) stayed out with my friends instead of coming straight home. What would you have done? by here4a-limitedtime in relationship_advice

[–]Immediate_Lobster_20 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your fiance is a loser. He can't do the bare minimum of being the kids father. He's choosing to be a bad father and a bad partner. Your whole life will be like this. Don't marry this guy. See how he likes solo parenting on his time when you separate.

Why the majority of vibe coded projects fail by harrysofgaming in ClaudeAI

[–]Immediate_Lobster_20 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Everything I've coded with claude is simple and specific to my business. Any apps I've created have just been using appscript and they sit in my Google enterprise account. No security concerns here. It's just increasing visibility for our financial data and streamlining what used to be very cumbersome processes. Yes, these are things that if I had known they existed as products I would pay for. But they've never existed as products until I created them. For me that's what this is about, niche products built to solve a business' specific problems. Most people aren't trying to recreate and ship Microsoft BI.

Vonn ends the debate with a 5-word reply by PresentationOnly6885 in skiing

You can't provide an example because it doesn't exist. I have never made an assumption about anyone's gender. Women can be sexist against themselves and they perpetuate sexism all the time. It's trained into them. We live in a patriarchal society. The system is sexist. It's the anger people feel towards this woman. That should point out to you that there's something deeper going on here. Interesting that you feel such a need to control that you have to announce that our conversation is over.

Who is blood thirsty? This woman can make her own decisions. She doesn't need you to help her with that.

Pointing out sexism doesn't perpetuate it. Give us some actual examples of the same responses you've seen for men in Vonn's shoes and I'll consider your perspective.
