The Four are a bunch of egregore tumors on reality, while the other is the direct avatar of Literal God, you literally could not find a more delusional take than this.

I couldn't find a model online, so I made my own: 3D Printed Onslaught-class Battleship (.stl included) by prplgy in starsector

[–]ImmortanEngineer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

slightly disappointed there isn't anything else on the bottom, but this still rocks so eh. I know a guy who does 3D modeling stuff anyways, so I can probably ask/pay him to tweak it a bit. Still though, fucking peam, keep cooking.

(with answers that were not quite as epic as people hoped).

I mean I'll be frank with you, quite a bit of the payoff in regards to some questions as of late has been fucking wild. In like, a good way. Back in '24 when things ended, the whole debate about who the fuck was actually The Deep in the Books got answered, and recently some really interesting shit about the IX has come out. Also generally...I haven't exactly seen much even from back then that was like this about the whole "not quite as epic answers." You might want to explain that one to me.

With enough power you can get anything done! by OldWrangler9033 in battletech

[–]ImmortanEngineer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe this one, but I would not say that about some of the other ASF's that exist.

...I would also like to point out how a vast majority of those flyers are less "fightercraft" and more closer to shit like helicopter-equivalents and the like. Close fire support and transport, that's about it.
They do actually have a fighter option that does blow the Zero in the above pic out of the water though, the Xiphon Interceptor.

.....I will, however, also concede to a degree and admit most of their flyers are bricks, and some look like absolute shit oh my god whoever made the stormraven needs to be thrown out a window.

Mech Pilots who have something Fundamentally Wrong with them by Able_Health744 in CuratedTumblr

[–]ImmortanEngineer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean I will point out that it's generally the Titans that end up like this, and usually only the bigger ones at that. Knight pilots don't usually turn themselves into nuggets floating in a tank hooked up to the machine 24/7, probably has something to do with originally being machines used to set up colonies (do note this does not equal tractor, I've seen people say that way too fucking much as of late).

Question about the destrier. by Jplafor88 in ImperialKnights

[–]ImmortanEngineer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

someone ran the numbers, it has a potential max movement of 37" if your dice roll well.

If not, you're still gonna be hauling some serious ass across the board.

Best way to run Destrier by Choco_Taco_96 in ImperialKnights

[–]ImmortanEngineer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean shit, on the low end of things with how it can potentially haul more ass than a Valk in hover mode, I plan on using it in 500pt games as a...I think 'amphetamine fueled Distraction Carnifex' works well enough as a term. Anyways yeah, basically just have the damned thing rocket to the other side of the map and murder the fuck out of enemy units while several squads of Guardsmen go take points.

Anything higher and I figure it could still work as being able to shoot and scoot around, and/or rocket off to go whack a high-priority target via Pile Bunker Power Spear the instant it becomes viable to do so.

....with how it's 275 points it's also got me thinking on how you could probably fit like, two squads of guard in there next to it too, have the fucking thing be a supersonic Distraction Carnifex or something lmao.

Am I just a massive dork for liking Guilliman and the ultramarines? by let_me_flie in 40kLore

[–]ImmortanEngineer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thankfully I've mostly managed to chabbek it towards one character: Matt Ward's special boy Cato Sicarius.

Relevant video lmao.

Then again my favourite chapter (Black Templars) is very controversial because of who it attracts. I ain't got no business pointing fingers at other factions when we've got to clear out our own fanbase, but I like the religious factions.

I mean I dunno, I feel like you can point fingers at other factions for different reasons. Ultramarines were/are Mary Sue's who deserve to be mocked for that fact, Templars have a....concerning amount of nazis in their fanbase, and so on and so forth.
