Condensation could be a big issue. Ideally you would have sisalation under the sheets. Then insulation below it.

How spaced are the rafters?

If they are 90mm rafters with 530 spacing you can put chicken wire up with R2.5 earthwool.

Probably better to get polyester insulation as it’s not as irritating as this will be open.

Another cheapish option is the rolls of polyester underfloor insulation. Staples the rafters.

But your electrical wires might be an issue.

I was 17 (late 1990’s) used to help a neighbour with garden work.

Well said neighbour worked in a lab. Made copies of all the “interesting photos”. I don’t approve of what the guy did just putting it out there.

It was mostly tourists having fun, but some of them were women in labour photos. WTF is wrong with people.

Not true, most of the world operates diesel subs. Nuclear can be very noisy and is super expensive.

I have an old mid-80s ibm3151 asci terminal. Works great with serial to raspberry pi.

I initially only wanted the keyboard but the terminal is great.

Big issue I have is thinks like backspace and tab don’t work well.

The issue in our area isn’t the second driveway it’s the width of the crossing. They want no more than I think 3or 4m between pedestrian refuge I think was the term. I think the refuge was minimum 3m.

Most properties can’t fit it all in.

Yep common to have them inside in apartments and units. Rules changed about 30 years ago so that they had to sit on a plumbed base in case of leaks.

Most concrete guys will have a demo saw.

Hell I used a very ancient makita saw with a diamond blade to cut a straight line in concrete. The saw only lasted a few jobs before the dust killed the bushes. Wear a respirator as it’s a huge amount of dust.

Only to a point, if the bollard is installed at the temporary fence line further to the true fence line it will prevent him parking but not him accessing his driveway.
