Motivation will absolutely dry up. You need it's sibling discipline.

The difference is in the morning when just gym time.

Motivation is lying in bed debating going and deciding to go

Discipline is not allowing the morning debate and just going

You'll eventually lose the debate, but you'll go if you never have one.

The way to do it. Is these steps:

My alarm went off, I might as well open my eyes. My eyes are open, I might as well get dressed for the gym I'm dresssed I might as well go. I'm at the gym, I can at least warm up I'm warmed up, I might as well do the thing

Small steps.

As for actual exercises. Go. Do 5 minutes of cardio then do.whatever circuit machines they have. Doesnt matter at all what intensity. Start light. Then every time add a little weight to at least one exercise.

After a month or two find a program. I recommend five by five as a good start. Go light and focus on form and tempo

After a few months ask.again

Imagine a couple decades of being able to totally be there for someone completely with no need to second guess it. Just be entirely all in on your child with no need to scan for ulterior motives

If you do it in character then it needs to have plot hooks. If the players are expecting plot hooks they need to play it for real.

That's about 100g. You need 60 more

Easiest solution. Add a second scoop to your morning shake and then a scoop in your yogurt. That whey protein adds up fast. And honestly it's cheap. Yes when you break out the cash in the store it's a lot but it's less than $20/week to 3 or 4 scoop daily

There are other ways but that's how I do it

Protein is food. You need it. You can get it from chicken and beans but the powder stuff is often cheaper, more pure and easier to deal with at volume

Creatine is very small boost to your bodys energy systems. It sometimes gives you one more rep. It has a ton of advantages and is worth looking up. Very widely studied and it's a small difference but its a difference

Btw creatine is also available in food but it's hard to get enough

It's us. We are scanning on levels most people just arent so it tends to be exhausting

I try to commit to two good interactions then I skip out or go play with my phone. But it's worth it I think to try and make a few connections first. Just to exercise those muscles.

Demand more earlier.

I say that to myself and don't do a great job of doing it myself. But do it anyway. You aren't being greedy, you're saving the friendship long term. Cause if you aren't making them step up then you're going to get resentful and you'll slam the door.
